Rep. Rohrabacher will attend a joint meeting of the Senate and House of Representatives to receive an address by Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany. 

Private Members only briefing with Malalai Joya. Called the "the bravest woman in Afghanistan" by the BBC, dissident parliamentarian Joya will discuss the situation in Afghanistan and her political memoir, A Woman Among Warlords: The Extraordinary Story of an Afghan Who Dared to Raise Her Voice.
