Washington, Jul 22, 2005 - H.R. 3070, a bill reauthorizing the National Aeronautics and Space Administration through Fiscal Year 2007 passed on the floor of the House of Representatives by a 383 – 15 vote. The bill fully funds Exploration, the Space Shuttle the Space Station, and increases funding for priorities such as aeronautics, and a Hubble Space Telescope Servicing Mission.

“NASA has a great new leader at the helm and I’m confident that with Mike Griffin’s vision, NASA will continue to inspire future generations and expand our knowledge of the unknown, “ said Congressman Rohrabacher, former Chairman of the House Space and Aeronautics Subcommittee. “This bill gives him the tools to continue NASA’s extraordinary history and move it into the 21st Century.”
