WASHINGTON – Rep. Dana Rohrabacher on Thursday introduced a “joint resolution” to express Congress’s disapproval of an arms deal with Pakistan that includes the sale of F-16 fighter jets to Pakistan. Earlier this month the Obama administration officially announced it would go through with the $700 million deal.
