Congressman Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) sent a letter to House leadership requesting floor action on H. Res. 201, introduced by Mr. Rohrabacher before recess. The resolution suggests a referendum should be held in Iraq in order to ascertain the support of the Iraqi people for the United States’ continued troop presence there.
