WASHINGTON – Rep. Dana Rohrabacher early Friday expressed gratitude to his colleagues for passing his pro-medical marijuana amendment.
The amendment, requiring the Justice Department to respect state medical marijuana laws, won with bipartisan support. It was attached to the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations bill for fiscal year 2015, which also passed.
